Application privacy notice

When you apply or send an inquiry, LEXA collects the details you enter: your name, email, language pair, specialty, experience, message, selected role, and any PDF résumé you choose to upload.

How your information is used

Authorized LEXA recruiters use these details to review applications, record recruitment notes, update your application status, and contact you about your application or inquiry. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, employment, or payment.

Storage and access

Application records and uploaded résumés are stored on LEXA’s Web Host BD hosting account. Recruiter access requires authentication. Résumés are stored outside the public website and are available only to signed-in recruiters. Security logs record access and changes. This site uses an essential session cookie for form security and recruiter sign-in.

Your choices

Résumés are optional. Do not submit medical records, government identity documents, financial information, or patient information. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your application, use the Client Partner inquiry form on the careers page and begin your message with “Privacy request”.

Website fonts and icons may load from Google Fonts and Cloudflare’s cdnjs service; those requests expose your network address to their providers. Application details are submitted to this website, not to those asset providers.
